Shipping & Returns

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the 48 contiguous United States. Your car ships from our US warehouses and usually arrives within 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Christmas delivery

Order by December 15, 2026 for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after this date are shipped as fast as possible, but we cannot promise they will arrive by December 24.

Shipping as a gift

Choose "Ship as a gift" on the car page and enter the recipient's address at checkout. We never put the invoice or the price in the box, and your personal message is printed on a card inside.

Free returns within 30 days

• You can return any car within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.
• Return shipping is free: email us and we send you a prepaid return label and arrange the pickup.
• The car should be returned complete (car, battery, charger, remote) and, if possible, in its original box.
• Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the car reaching our warehouse.

Damaged or missing parts

If your car arrives damaged or a part is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We ship the missing or replacement part free of charge, or replace the car if needed.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge until your order has shipped. Just email us with your order number.
